Abstract

This study aims to analyze work-life balance that affects employee performance. To analyze work happiness has an effect on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the Gojek Company, Solo branch, while the sample of this study was 60 respondenst and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on the research results, it is known that the work life balance variabel has and effecgt on employee performance. This means that the first hypothesis has a positive effect on employee performance. Work happiness variable affects employee performance. This means that the second hypothesis which states that work happiness has a positive effect on employee performance is proven to be true, which states that work-life balance.
