Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competence, training methods, and the level of workload received on employee performance with work engagement as a moderating variable in PT Gujati 59 Utama Sukoharjo. Where this research uses a quantitative approach in field research through primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data from various relevant publications. Purposive Sampling is a sampling technique while the method is through saturated sampling where the number of samples used is 50 employees. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with five equations followed by the application of several variables, namely human resource competence, training methods, workload, work engagement, and employee performance. The results showed that the competency of resources, training methods, and workload had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, Work Engagement strengthens the competence of human resources, training methods, and workloads with a significant positive effect on the employee performance of PT Gujati 59 Utama Sukoharjo.
