Abstract
This study aims to describe the Psychological Well-being of vocational high school students who have low motivation. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. The selection of research subjects was carried out by providing a scale of learning motivation to students in the TPMI and TKR classes and then obtained 2 students with low learning motivation and 2 students with moderate learning motivation. The benchmarks for psychological well-being use 6 aspects, namely self-acceptance, autonomy, positive social relations with others, clear life goals, environmental control, and psychological growth. From the results of data analysis, it was revealed that the four research subjects showed low psychological well-being, such as a lack of self-acceptance, lack of sense of socialization, lack of independence, being controlled by the surrounding environment and had not felt personal growth. Although the four subjects have a purpose in life, the subject has not found a way to make it happen.
