Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational change from work, individuals and socially on employee performance in Batik Laweyan Surakarta. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. This research was conducted in December 2017 at Batik Lawean Surakarta, Central Java. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method with criteria, the work period was less than 15 years, there was a change in the workplace, willing to be a correspondent. The sample size is 50 respondents. The Effect of Organizational Change on Employee Performance in Batik Laweyan Surakarta was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the SPSS 21.00 for windows program. The results of the calculation of the t test, shows that organizational changes from work, individuals have a significant effect on employee performance in Batik Laweyan Surakarta, while organizational changes from a social perspective have no significant effect on employee performance in Batik Laweyan Surakarta. The coefficient of determination R^2 is 0.785, meaning that the job, individual and social variables are able to explain the variation of changes in employee performance variables by 78.5%, the rest can be explained by other variables not included in the research model.
