Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between human relations and psychological welfare with job satisfaction. The hypotheses proposed are: 1) there is a positive relationship between human relations and psychological well-being with job satisfaction in employees, 2) there is a positive relationship between human relations and job satisfaction in employees, 3) there is a positive relationship between psychological well-being and job satisfaction in employees. The population in this study were employees in the Textile and Textile Product Industry (TPT) and the research subjects were 120 employees who worked at PT Senang Kharisma Textile. The sampling technique used was purposive non random sampling method. This research method uses a quantitative approach, with job satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable and human relations (X1) and psychological well-being (X2) as the independent variable. Data collection tools in this study used a job satisfaction scale, human relation scale, and psychological welfare scale. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis which fulfilled the normality and linearity test. The analysis results for the minor hypothesis are seen from the Pearson Correlation (rxy) value with sig. p = 0.000 (p <0.05), for human relations with job satisfaction of 0.766, then for psychological welfare of 0.548, meaning that there is a very significant positive relationship. The major hypothesis is seen from the ANOVA table with an F value of 88.154 with sig. p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a very significant positive relationship between human relations and psychological well-being and job satisfaction, it can be concluded that the major and minor hypotheses are accepted.
