Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of discipline on student learning outcomes, to determine the contribution of student creativity on student learning outcomes and to determine the contribution of student discipline and student creativity together on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 1 Ngadipiro Wonogiri Regency in the academic year 2019/2020. This research is motivated by the elementary school 1 Ngadipiro who has not yet developed maximum student creativity and also the low level of student discipline that is associated with student achievement. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory research type. Retrieval of data using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the prerequisite test that is normality test and linearity test and hypothesis testing using simple regression test (t-test) and multiple regression test (F-test). The results of the calculation analysis of disciplinary variables obtained value of t arithmetic (2,194) > t table (2,042), so that there is a significant influence between student discipline with student learning outcomes. The results of the calculation analysis of creativity variables obtained value of t arithmetic (2.797) > t table (2,042), so we found a significant influence between student creativity with student learning outcomes. The results of the calculation analysis between the two variables together to the learning outcomes obtained value of f arithmetic (4.131) > f table (3.328), so that the influence of student discipline and student creativity together towards student learning outcomes. Thus, both variables have a contribution in improving student learning outcomes of SD Negeri 1 Ngadipiro Wonogiri Regency in the academic year 2019/2020.
