Abstract

In order to be ready for innovation from conventional logistics operations to halal logistics, SMEs must apply several aspects to the implementation of halal logistics. This study aims to determine the effect of vision for change, management support, the environment, employee recruitment and the halal logistics system on the readiness to apply halal logistics at food SMEs in Wonogiri Regency. The sample used was 32 SMEs. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS program. The results of the research partially showed that the vision for change (X1), environment (X3) had a significant effect on the readiness for implementing halal logistics (Y). The results of the study simultaneously showed that the vision for change (X1), management support (X2), environment (X3), employee recruitment (X4) and halal logistics system (X5) had a significant effect on the readiness for implementing halal logistics (Y). the influence of 38.30% and 61.7% influenced by other variables.
