Abstract

Kebumen is one of the names of districts on the southern coast of Java. Kebumen Regency is bordered directly by Banjarnegara, Wonosobo, Purworejo, Cilacap, and Banyumas Regencies. Kebumen is a developing district with industrial potential in the Pejagoan District. This industrial estate is a strategic area in the interest of economic growth. But industrial development in this region is still not maximized. The purpose of writing the Architectural Planning and Design Program (DP3A) is to develop rural areas as land and drive the industrial sector and the center of economic activities of rural communities and protect the area to preserve the environment, natural resources and artificial resources by realizing planning and design Sokka's Roof Tile Education Center in Kebumen. In this design a qualitative descriptive method is used that is to identify the potential that is in the field and will then be associated with problems that occur to get the best design concept solutions that will be selected and used then realized in the physical form of architecture.
