Abstract
The relationship between teachers and students is necessary to create an effective and efficient learning process. Teachers and students are the main components in education. These two components of education must be seen in the relationship of educational interactions. Educational interaction is one of the supporting factors for success in the learning process. Educators must optimize a learning process and deliver material through educational interactions. The learning process is an activity that has an educational value. Educative interaction is also a means of understanding Islamic Religious Education learning materials to students. This study discusses how the Pattern of Educative Interaction of Islamic Religious Education Teachers with VII grade students of Kedungtuban Middle School 2 and the factors that encourage and approach the educational interaction patterns of Islamic Religious Teachers with VII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Kedungtuban. This study aims to identify the educational interaction patterns of PAI teachers with grade VII students and describe the factors that are driving and inhibiting the patterns of educative interaction between PAI teachers and grade VII students. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. And using research methods in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. While the analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained showed that the educational interaction of PAI Teachers with VII grade students had been going well within class hours and outside class hours. PAI Teachers' educational interaction patterns with students, namely (1) one-way interaction is realized by the lecture method, (2) two-way interaction is realized by the question and answer learning method. (3) three-way interaction is realized using the group discussion method. While the driving factors are the emotional connection between the teacher and students and students' openness with the teacher. The inhibiting factors include adjusting the situation of students with the school environment and the problems faced by students.
