Abstract
In this day and age, culinary business is becoming a business field that is blooming everywhere. Many people consider that culinary business has a huge opportunity for novice entrepreneurs. Moreover, with the consumptive lifestyle of people became increasingly widespread, not only with people who have upper middle economic class but also those within lower middle economic class. Therefore, innovation, creation, and unique characteristics are needed to keep up with the current developments. Bakso Mblenger is one of the culinary business that relies on traditional food innovations with modern preparations. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, and store atmosphere on customers of Bakso Mblenger branch in Solo. The type of research is descriptive qualitative with 100 samples used. Determination of samples chosen are of those aged 17 and above. The result of this research indicates that (1) the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Bakso Mblenger's customer satisfaction, (2) the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Bakso Mblenger's customer satisfaction, and (3) the store atmosphere variable has a positive and significant effect on Bakso Mblenger's customer satisfaction.
