Abstract

The existence of covid-19 causes the work done by each organization by limiting working face to face to break the chain of the virus from spreading. Every organization has steps in achieving its goals appropriately, with it not being separated from the role of the members that are in it, with the organizational citizenship behavior of each employee will increase the effectiveness of the organization in achieving its goals, the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between intelligence emotional and organizational culture towards organizational citizenship behavior. The research subjects were 211 employees of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The research method is quantitative with inferential strategies, data collection using google form containing questionnaires from the research scale, and data analysis techniques using multiple regression techniques with the SPSS 16.0 program. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of R = 0.756 and the significance of 0.00 (p <0.05) were obtained. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational culture with organizational citizenship behavior despite the covid-19 pandemic that requires Work From Home employees.
