Abstract
This research aims to know how much of the influence of place comfort, price, product variant and service to customer satisfaction in making purchases in the contemporary coffee shop in Solo city. After learning the related literature, in this study set important variables that allegedly strongly affect consumer satisfaction is comfort of place, price, product variant and service The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling technique. The samples in this study were 125 people with criteria domiciled in Solo City, aged 17 years or older, and once made a purchase at a contemporary coffee shop in Solo. Analysis of data obtained using quantitative data analysis is then done. From the results of the study showed that variable comfort places, variable prices, and variable product variants, a partial positive influence significant to consumer satisfaction. But partial service variables have no influence on consumer satisfaction. But variable comfort places, variable prices, variable product variants, and variable service simultaneously influence significant positive towards consumer satisfaction.
