Abstract

Along with the development of the times that occur to give effects that can be felt, especially in the education sector. The purpose of this study is 1) To find out the correlation between climate and organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to discuss the relationship and organizational commitment with organizational citizenship in elementary school teachers in the Boyolali Sambi sub-district. The population in this study were elementary school teachers in Sambi Boyolali sub-district who received 247 people and then the researchers took 100 existing teacher samples. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with the Likert model data collection method, the method of data collection uses the scale of organizational citizenship awareness (26 items; α = 0.917), the scale of the organizational scale (27 items; α = 0.892), and the scale of organizational commitment (27 items; α = 0.917. Test the validity for a scale of three using MS.Excel with the formula aiken = Ʃ s / [n (c-1)], the scale criteria used to produce the calculated scale ≥ 0.6 then high validity has been used. Based on the results of data analysis: 1) there is a very significant positive relationship between climate and citizenship organizations, 2) there is a very significant positive relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship, and 3) there is a very significant positive relationship between climate and organizational commitment with organizational citizenship. Re-register an organization that is classified as moderate, then the empirical average of organizational commitment is classified as moderate, and the empirical average is classified as moderate organizational citizenship protection.
