Abstract

This study aims to Influence Competency Dimensions, and Motivation on SME Business Performance in Sukoharjo. The sample in this study amounted to 48 SMEs in Sukoharjo using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) knowledge, skills and abilities have no effect on business performance. 2) motivation has an influence on business performance
