Abstract
Work agreement is an agreement between the worker and the employer that contains the terms of work, rights and obligations of the parties for which the work agreement is made on the agreement of both parties, namely Employees as work recipients and Employers as employers. Work agreements made by employers with employees have a goal that is as a foundation in a work relationship. In a work agreement, the employee makes a written work agreement with the company for the purpose of binding himself. This study discusses the implementation of administrative sanctions in the work agreement and the implementation of the work agreement of PT. Podo Tresno Mulyo. The research method that I use is descriptive research with a juridical-empirical approach. The results of research conducted by the authors in this thesis can be concluded that the implementation of the work agreement between PT. Podo Treno Mulyo as a company with employees is in accordance with the provisions in the labor law and the implementation of administrative sanctions in the work agreement of PT. Podo Tresno Mulyo, there are several things that have not been fully implemented. Seen from the implementation of administrative sanctions that only go to employees, while the implementation of administrative sanctions against employers has not been included in the employment agreement if the employer breaches the agreed work agreement.
