Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture, innovation and creativity on employee performance simultaneously. This study uses a research method in this study is a survey method. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 57 people. There are three analysis techniques used to analyze the data, namely, data description, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. The first analysis is used to identify the characteristics of respondents including gender. The second analysis is carried out to find out the sample used from a normal population, test one independent variable with another independent variable in a perfect relationship or not and test the regression model where the variance inequality occurs from the residuals of one observation to another, and the third analysis is used to determine the influence of the variable Motivation (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Innovation (X3), Creativity (X4). Against Employee Performance (Y). Based on the t test, it is found that motivation, organizational culture, innovation and creativity have an influence on individual employee performance. Based on the F test, it shows that the value of Fcount is 71.550, the questionnaire means that Fcount is greater than Ftable so that the decision to reject Ho. Thus simultaneously the variables of Motivation, Organizational Culture, Innovation, and Creativity significantly affect employee performance satisfaction. This shows that the influence of motivation, organizational culture, innovation and creativity on employee performance.
