Abstract
This study aims to determine the impact of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance in employees in the Surakarta region. The sample used in this study were 152 respondents, namely employees who were in Surakarta using a questionnaire to obtain data. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, which is the sampling method in which the researcher determines the sampling by determining specific characteristics in accordance with the research objectives. Data analysis techniques using the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test using the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing using t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture variables significantly influence employee performance, leadership style variables significantly influence employee performance.
