Abstract
Intention of this research is to know 1) Style leadership contribution to employees work productivity [at] PT Surya Cane Trangsan Sukoharjo 2) Environmental Contribution [of] [job/activity] to Surya Cane Trangsan Sukoharjo to PT employees work productivity 3) Contribution Style environment and leadership work to employees work productivity [at] PT Surya Cane Trangsan Sukoharjo. This Research [is] including type research [of] quantitative asosiatif. Population in this research [is] entire/all employees [in] PT Surya Cane Trangsan Sukoharjo, of 95 employees. sampel taken [by] counted [is] 75 employees with proportional random sampling. needed to be data to be obtained to [pass/through] documentation and enquette. Enquette [is] previously tested [by] cobakan and tested [by] validity [is] and also tested [by] reliabilitas. Technique analyse used [by] data [is] doubled linear regresi analysis, t test, test F, and contribution relative and is effective. Result of regresi analysis obtain;get equation mark with lines regresi: Y = 9,427 + 0,345X1 + 0,442X2. Equation indicate that employees work productivity influenced by leadership style and [job/activity] environment. taken [by] conclusion [is] 1) Leadership style to employees work productivity can be accepted. This matter pursuant to linear regresi analysis duplicate ( test t) known that thitung > ttabel, 3,604 > 2,000 and signifikansi value < 0,05, that is 0,001 with contribution relative equal to 38% and effective contribution 17,9%. 2) Environment work to employees work productivity can be accepted. This matter pursuant to linear regresi analysis duplicate ( test t) known that thitung > ttabel, that is 5,046 > 2,000 and signifikansi value < 0,05, that is 0,000 with contribution relative equal to 62% and effective contribution 29,3%. 3) Leadership style and environment work to employees work productivity can be accepted. This matter pursuant to linear regresi variansi analysis duplicate ( test F) known that Fhitung > Ftabel, that is 32,136 > 3,150 and signifikansi value < 0,05, that is 0,000 4) Determinasi coefficient ( R2) equal to 0,472 indicating that the level of leadership style influence and environment work to employees work productivity [is] equal to 47,2%, while the rest influenced by other variable.
