Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, and service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study is Richeese Factory Solo consumers. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample of 105 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used primary and secondary questionnaire data. Data analysis using path analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the price had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, the price had a significant positive effect on loyalty, satisfaction had a significant positive effect on loyalty, service quality had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, service quality had no effect on loyalty, product quality had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, quality the product has no effect on loyalty, the price has a significant positive effect on loyalty through satisfaction, product quality has a significant positive effect through satisfaction, and service quality has a significant positive effect through satisfaction.
