Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of competence, motivation and work discipline on employee performance in the Kalary Convection in Sukoharjo with its measurement variables: competence, motivation and work discipline. Researchers hope that the results of this study can be used by companies and other parties to be considered in evaluating performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The study uses data derived from primary data. The study population was all employees who worked with the Kalary Sukoharjo Convection, amounting to 50 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis test with the t test indicated that competence has no effect on performance, while motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The last test with the determination test (R2) shows the results of the variables of competence, motivation and work discipline have a fairly limited contribution in explaining employee performance and the rest is explained by other variables outside the model.
