Abstract
This study aims to analyze whether the influence of work stress consisting of task demands, role demands, and interpersonal demands on employee performance at PT Nesia Pan Pacific Clothing in Wonogiri. The population in this study were all employees of PT Nesia Pan Pacific Clothing in Wonogiri totaling 4500 employees, while the sample used was 98 employees. The technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. Based on the results of the study note that task demands have a negative and significant effect on the performance of PT Nesia Pan Pacific Clothing employees in Wonogiri. The role demands have a negative and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Nesia Pan Pacific Clothing in Wonogiri. Interpersonal demands have a negative and significant effect on the performance of PT Nesia Pan Pacific Clothing employees in Wonogiri. Based on beta results it is known that task demands have the most dominant negative effect on employee performance compared to variable role demands and demands between individuals.
