Abstract
This study aims to analyze 1). the influence of career development on employee loyalty of PT. Pure Solo, 2). the effect of compensation on employee loyalty of PT. Pure Solo, 3). the influence of work stress on PT. Pure Solo. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Solo Murni with a total of 4000 people and the sampling technique using purposive sampling, respondents in this study were 100 employees in the administration of production at PT. Pure Solo. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study by conducting the instrument test (validity and reliability test), the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity), and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression, t test, f test and determination test). Based on the results of the calculation of the statistical application SPSS t test, showed that career development has a significant effect on employee loyalty, compensation has a significant effect on employee loyalty, and work stress has no significant effect on employee loyalty. But together career development, compensation, and work stress significantly influence loyalty.
