Abstract
The purpose of this study: (1) Analyze the influence of organizational culture variables that is Constructive, Passive-Defensive, and Aggressive-Defensive on employee performance (2) Analyzing the influences of dominant variables between Constructive, Passive-Defensive and Aggressive-Defensive on employee performance. This research type is quantitative research; the data that used are primary data through questionnaires and secondary data basically the data owned by a company. The sample used in this study was amount 50 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The prerequisite analysis testing uses normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, while the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of research and data analysis prove that Constitutional Organizational Culture has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa with a significance level <0.05. Passive-Defensive Organizational Culture has a positive and significant partial effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa with a significance level <0.05.Aggressive-Defensive Organizational Culture positively and partially significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa with a significance level <0.05. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, Aggressive-Defensive Organizational Culture has the most dominant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Karanganyar Regency with a value 0,472. The results of F test show that Constructive, Passive-Defensive, and Aggressive-Defensive Organizational Culture variables have a model that is fit or feasible to determine employee performance, with a Fcount of 7.964> Ftable 2.80.
