Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of good governance, leadership style, organizational culture, organizational commitment to employee performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with convenience sampling method. The sample used in this study was 3 service employees in the Surakarta City Hall totaling 80 people. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis The results of this study indicate that good governance, leadership style, organizational commitment does not affect the performance of local governments, while the organizational culture affects the performance of local governments
