Abstract

Human resource management system is the key to the right success of the company to achieve its objectives. For that required human resources competent for performance enhancement is produced according to the target company. To improve employee performance, companies must pay attention to factors that can affect performance, such as motivation and teamwork. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of motivation and teamwork towards the performance of employees. The method used for this study is a library study with Content analysis techniques. The results showed the fulfillment of basic needs motivation determines the quality of the employees ' performance. If the needs of motivation are fulfilled then it can improve the employee's performance. In this research, teamwork has a positive influence on employee performance. Trust, solidarity, and good cooperation can affect the performance of employees so that the company can achieve the objectives.
