Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Transformational Leadership, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The population and sample of this study were PERUMDA PDAM Tirta Taman Sari Kota Madiun employees and the number of respondents in the study was 75 employees. The type of data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire. The research method used in this research is quantitative using statistical and descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that 1) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. 2) The Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
