Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Career Development, Work Environment, and Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction of PT. PLN UP3 Surakarta. The sample in this study were employees who worked at PT. PLN UP3 Surakarta, with a total of 60 people. The sampling technique in this study is the saturation technique. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression analysis test. In addition there are test instruments, and classical assumption tests. Based on the results of simultaneous test, career development variables, work environment, and compensation simultaneously affect the job satisfaction variable. However, in parsial test the results show that career development and compensation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, while the work environment variable does not have a positive significant effect on job satisfaction.
