Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze (1) the influence of learning motivation and parents’ attention on mathematics learning outcomes. (2) the effect of the level of student motivation on mathematics learning outcomes; (3) the effect of the parent's attention on mathematics learning outcomes. This type of research based on its approach is a quantitative research using an associative research design. The sampling technique of this research used a cluster random sampling. The study population is 276 students from class X of SMK Muhammadiyah Delanggu with a sample of 52 students. The data collection of this research used a questionnaire and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) there is an influence of learning motivation and parents’ attention on student mathematics learning outcomes; (2) there is an influence of learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes; (3) there is no influence of parental attention on mathematics learning outcomes.
