Abstract
The purpose of research, (1) Examine the contribution of the attitude discipline, learning facilities, and assosiation in school on learning outcomes mathematics indirectly through student achievement motivation, (2) Examine the contribution of the attitude discipline, learning facilities, and assosiation in school of student motivation achievement, (3) Examine the contribution of student motivation achievement on learning outcomes in mathematics. This type of research is based on quantitative approach. The study population 256 students of class XI SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo. The research sample 119 students is determined by the Slovin formula. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Data collection technique with questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study, (1) Discipline attitude, learning facilities and relationships in schools do not contribute simultaneously to mathematics learning outcomes through achievement motivation, (2) Discipline attitude, learning facilities and relationships in schools contribute simultaneously to achievement motivation by 57.5%. Partially, disciplinary attitude that directly affects learning motivation by 41.86%, learning facilities do not affect achievement motivation, association in schools that directly affect achievement motivation by 4.75%, (3) Achievement motivation does not contribute to learning outcomes mathematics.
