Abstract

Minimum Service Standards (SPM) are the provisions and minimum quality of basic services as a government affair to fulfill the rights of every citizen. In accordance with the provisions set by the government to meet each applicable SPM, it is expected that the target can reach 100% to meet the welfare of the community. One in four adults have experienced mental health problems once in their lives. In fact, in 40 seconds in a region of the world there are people who die from suicide. There are still many mental health illnesses that are not reported, because indeed the influence of the community's stigma is that mental illness is like people wandering the streets. Though at the bottom of the mental health disease involves several emotional and behavioral problems. Therefore, there are still many people who do not feel the facilities provided by health workers. This research method used is a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach using purposive sampling techniques. There were 8 speakers, including health workers related to mental health and the families of mental patients. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and assisted with voice recording devices and field notes. Data analysis uses Thematic analysis. The scavenging and delivery of results is explained by theme. The results of the study showed that there had been a lot of effort given to mental patients. This conclusion shows that health workers have made efforts in the services provided.
