Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) To find out the influence of the value of micro teaching courses on the interest of becoming a teacher in accounting students of the FKIP UMS 2016 Study Program. Accounting Education Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UMS 2016. 3) To find out the influence of the value of micro teaching courses and internship practice 3 together on the interest of becoming a teacher in students of the Faculty of Education Education Study Program FKIP UMS 2016. The research method used is quantitative methods with the entire population FKIP UMS Accounting Education class of 2016. Samples were taken as many as 169 students with proportional random sampling. The results of the regression analysis obtained the regression line equation: Y = 27.795 + 0.678X1 + 0.949X2. The equation shows that the interest in becoming a teacher is influenced by the value of micro teaching courses and the practice of apprenticeship 3. 1) The value of micro teaching courses on interest in becoming a teacher is acceptable. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) it is known that tcount> t table, 7,414> 1,960 and significance value <0.05, ie 0,000 with a relative contribution of 39% and an effective contribution of 25.5%. 2) The value of apprenticeship practice 3 on interest in becoming a teacher is acceptable. It is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) it is known that tcount > t table, ie 10.254> 1.960 and significance value <0.05, ie 0.000 with a relative contribution of 61% and an effective contribution of 39.9%. 3) The value of micro teaching courses and the value of apprenticeship practice 3 on the interest in becoming a teacher can be accepted. It is based on the analysis of the multiple linear regression variance (F test) it is known that Fcount> Ftable, which is 156.683> 3,000 and a significance value <0.05, which is 0.000. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.654 indicates that the magnitude of the effect of the value of micro teaching courses and the value of apprenticeship practice 3 on interest in becoming a teacher is 65.4%, while the rest is influenced by other variables
