Abstract
Nowadays online games are one of the most popular games by everyone, including teenagers who are studying at school becoming addicted to playing online games and impacting their learning motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning motivation of adolescents who are addicted to online games. Data were obtained from four informants with predetermined criteria, namely adolescents who are addicted to online games, total online game play ± 5 hours a day, with ages 13-18 years who are male. This study uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and observation. The results of this study that the informants still have the motivation to learn that is doing the tasks given by the teacher and will learn when there is an exam even though the four informants have the intensity of playing online games for ± 5 hours a day.
