Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there are effects of product attributes, media promotion and service quality on product purchasing decisions at the Solo Floss store. The population in this study were customers in the Solo Floss store, amounting to 100 people. While the sample is a customer at the Solo Floss store, amounting to 100 people. Based on the results of the study note that product attributes have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at the Solo Floss store. Media promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at the Solo Floss store. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at the Solo Floss store.
