Abstract

In an effort to improve service quality and maximize productivity to consumers, several companies operate 24 hours a day. Work shift is the company’s choice to keep working for 24 hours a day. Excessive work shifts can induce interference, as if fatigue, decreased speed and the accuracy of work. This study aims to determine the difference in level between accuracy, speed and work errors to workers with morning, afternoon and night shifts at PT. Dan Liris Sukoharjo. This type of research is analytic observational with cross sectional approach. The population of the research was shift workers in the Weaving section 2 of PT. Dan Liris Sukoharjo with a total of 229 people and obtained a sample of 122respondents with cluster random sampling technique. Analysis of the data using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results showed there were no differences in the level of work accuracy (p=0,626), work speed there were differences (p=0,005) and work constant (p=0,025) there were differences between the workers with morning, afternoon and night shifts. The company should create a comfortable work environment for workers with a temperature level and noise intensity that can be well received by workers.
