Abstract
The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of stress is there any work that consists of workload, work conflict, role ambiguity on the performance of employees at car dealer Honda Solo Baru, Sukoharjo. To analyze the dominant work stress variables affect the performance of employees at car dealer Honda Solo Baru, Sukoharjo. The population in this study is employees at car dealer Honda in Solo Baru, Sukoharjo amounted to 130 people while the sample is employee employees at car dealer Honda in Solo Baru, Sukoharjo amounted to 130 people. Based on the results of the study note that the workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the New Honda Sukoharjo Car Dealer. Labor conflict a significant negative effect on employee performance in Solo Honda New Car Dealers Sukoharjo, Ambiguity significant negative effect on employee performance Honda Car Dealer in Solo Baru, Sukoharjo. Based on the results of the beta is known that labor conflicts dominant negative effect on employee performance compared to variable workload and ambiguity.
