Samples taken as much as 172 students with propotional sampling. The required Data is obtained via polls and documentation. The previous poll was tested and tested for validity and tested reliability. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analyses, t tests, F tests, and relative and effective donations. Regression analysis results derive the equation of a regression line: Y = 6.659 + 0, 361X1 + 0, 300X2. The equation shows that mastery of accounting material is influenced by smartphone utilization and Internet use. The conclusions taken are: 1) utilization of smartphones against mastery of material accounting is acceptable. It is based on a double linear regression analysis (t-test) known that thitung > ttabel, 7.597 > 1.960 and the significance value of < 0.05, i.e. 0.000 with a relative donation of 56% and an effective donation of 24.8%. 2) Internet use of mastery of accounting materials is acceptable. It is based on a double linear regression analysis (t-test) known that thitung > ttabel, ie 6.492 > 1.960 and the significance value of < 0.05, which is 0.000 with a relative An effective donation of 19.5%. 3) Utilization of smartphones and the use of the Internet to mastery of accounting material is acceptable. This is based on the analysis of double linear regression variances (test F) known that fcalculate > Ftabel, namely 67.140 > 3.000 and the significance value of < 0.05, ie 0.000. Coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.443 or is 44.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables.
