Abstract

ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin, manajer, pemimpin kewirausahaan, dan supervisor suatu sekolah merupakan tugas pokok yang menentukan peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa. Sekolah Dasar (SD) Muhammadiyah Sukorejo Kendal yang memiliki siswa paling banyak di kabupaten Kendal , dengan pestasi belajar siswa yang menonjol. Prestasi belajar siswa adalah salah satu harapan orang tua dan dunia pendidikan. Oleh karena itu kepala sekolah yamg mampu menjalankan tugas pokoknya senantiasa berupaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa baik dibidang akademik non akademik dan sikap akhlak mulia. Penelitianinimenggunakanjenispenelitiankualitatif.Dengan pendekatanfenomenologis.Teknikpengumpulan data melaluiwawancara denganfirst order understanding dan second order understanding, observasi, dokumentasi. Teknikanalisisdatareduksi data, sajian data, dan kesimpulan.Hasilpenelitian: 1)Kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai pemimipin untuk memberikan pengaruh yang baik kepada warga sekolah agar mau mewujudkan tujuan bersama yaitu meningkatnya prestasi belajar siswa dibidang non akademik namun dibidang akademik khususnya hasil ujian nasional mengalami penurunan,. 2) kepala sekolah mampu menjalankan tugas sebagai manjer yang merencanakan, melaksanakan , mengontrol dan mengevaluasi kegiatan di sekolah 3) kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin kewirausahaan mampu menentukan langkah-langkah strategis dengan inovasi, kreasi, pantang menyerah dan kerja keras untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. 4) kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor untuk memastikan proses pembelajar dan layanan kepada warga sekolah siswa khususnya berjalan sesuai program dan perencanaan. Prestasi belajar siswa di SD Muhammadiyah Sukorejo berupa prestasi akademik cenderung turun dalam kurun waktu empat tahun terakhir khususnyanilaiujiannasional, namun prestasi meningkat dibidang non akademik dan sikap akhlak mulia. Prestasi dibidang akademik adalah prestasi yang berkaitan hasil evalusi atau lomba mata pelajaran seperti hasil ujian nasional, nilai raport dan beberapa cabang lomba mata pelajaran. Sedangkan porestasi non akademik berupa lomba-lomba yang diikuti oleh siswa SD Muhammadiyah sukorejo seperti olahraga, pecak silat, pramuka, seni, dan yang lainnya. Disamping itu prestasi sikap akhlak mulia seperti kedisiplian beribadah, sholat berjamaah, sedekah, dan kejujuran. Upaya kepla sekolah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dibidang akademik dengan bimbingan belajar. Dibidang non akademik dengan pengefektifan latihan dan ekstra kulikuler, Sedangkan dibidang sikap dan akhlak mulia dengan pembiasaan islami dilingkungan sekolah Kata kunci :Kepemimpinan, kepala Sekolah, prestasi belajar siswa ABSTRACT The principal's leadership as a leader, manager, entrepreneurial leader, and supervisor of a school is the main task that determines the improvement of student learning achievement. MuhammadiyahSukorejo Kendal Elementary School (SD) which has the most students in Kendal district, with a prominent student learning pest. Student learning achievement is one of the hopes of parents and the world of education. Therefore, school principals who are able to carry out their main tasks constantly strive to improve student learning achievement both in the non-academic academic fields and noble morals. This study uses qualitative research. With a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques through interviews with first order understanding and second order understanding, observation, documentation. Data analysis data analysis techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study: 1) The headmaster in carrying out his duties as a leader to give a good influence to the school community in order to realize the common goal of increasing student achievement in the non-academic field but in the academic field in particular the results of the national examinations decreased ,. 2) school principals are able to carry out tasks as managers who plan, carry out, control and evaluate activities at school 3) principals as entrepreneurial leaders are able to determine strategic steps with innovation, creation, never give up and work hard to improve student learning achievement. 4) the principal as a supervisor to ensure the learning process and services for the students of the school especially run according to the program and planning. Student learning achievement at SD MuhammadiyahSukorejo in the form of academic achievement has tended to fall over the past four years but achievement has improved in the non-academic field and noble morals. Achievements in the academic field are achievements relating to the results of evaluations or subject competitions such as national examination results, report cards and several branches of subject competitions. While non-academic porestasi in the form of competitions participated by students of SD MuhammadiyahSukorejo such as sports, martial arts, scouts, art, and others. Besides that, the achievements of noble morals such as religious discipline, prayer in congregation, alms, and honesty.Efforts to school students to improve student learning achievement in the academic field with tutoring. In the non-academic field with the effectiveness of training and extra-curricular activities, while in the field of noble attitudes and morals with Islamic habituation in the school environment Keywords: Leadership, Principal, student achievement
