Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, promotion, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Beteng Trade Center Surakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents who were visitors to the Beteng Trade Center by using a questionnaire in data collection. Sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that (1) price has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions consumers, and (4) price, promotion, and service quality together have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions of 73.7%.
