Abstract

The research explains the buying and selling of Services via grabfood feature by way of OVO system payment in the application grab the perspective of islamic law (review of the theory of buying and selling agreements). The purpose of this study was to determine the perspective of Islamic law in the mechanism of buying and selling food through the grabfood feature by paying OVO in the grab application. This type of research uses field research because researchers ger information in activities whose sources are extracted directly from the field to observe phenomena in natural conditions using a qualitative method approach. Participation in this study amounted to 10 people with data collecation methods using interviews and documentation. The results of research on the mechanism of buying and selling services by paying OVO in the grab application by filling up the OVO balance tup first for filling can be done using an ATM, the clicking on food, selecting the desired food or drink, clicking add to enter the basket, see the basket make sure the destination address is clear in order to make it easier for customers to deliver and choose payment methods using OVO, then click the message, the driver confirms the order and delivery address when heading to the restaurant to buy the order, when the customer receives the order and the driver shifts finished in the delivery the customer has the right to assess the performance of the driver. Analysis of the salam contract theory for food purchases by OVO payment in the grab application is in accordance with Islamic law because it has fulfilled the harmonious terms and conditions of the salam agreement. Although the object of the salam transaction is in the form of transportation services not goods, but both (services and goods) are seen as tradable assets.
