Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of price, location and service quality variables on customer satisfaction Waroeng Special Sambal Gonilan Branch. The study uses survey design, which is a study that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire. Samples taken in this study were respondents of Waroeng Special Sambal Gonilan Branch customers. The number of questionnaires in this study amounted to 100 Waroeng SS consumer respondents taken by Accidential Sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is Multiple Linear Analysis. From the results of the analysis stated price variables and service quality variables have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. While the results of location variables do not have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The F test shows that together price, location, and service quality variables have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a probability value of 0,000 (0,000 <0.05). And the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 70.3%.
