Abstract

In an effort to reduce the use of plastic straws, bamboo straws are alternative straws that can be used by the community because they are made from materials that are more environmentally friendly and can be used repeatedly. Pumpunkcraft Bamboo Straws is one of the few UMKM that sell bamboo straws. The emergence of business opportunities makes business owners need to make the right business strategy so that the business can continue to grow. The purpose of this research is to discuss and choose strategies to develop the business being run. The method used in this research is the Canvas Business Model and SWOT Analysis. The results of this study using 9 blocks of the Business Model Canvas obtained IFAS value or x-axis is 0.94 and the value of EFAS or y-axis is -0.39 which determines the business position in quadrant II or through a diversification strategy in the SWOT diagram. then the selection of strategies that can be applied is the ST strategy.
