Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk : (1)mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan pendidik dalam menstimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini melalui pijakan lingkungan main dan (2) mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan pendidik dalam menstimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini melalui pijakan individu pada saat anak main . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PAUD KB Mutiara Insan Cendekia kecamatan Teras Boyolali. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kemampuan guru dalam menstimulasi perkembangan anak melalui pijakan lingkungan main dan pijakan individu saat main. Sumber data berasal dari pendidik beserta perangkat pembelajarannya. Data yang diperoleh divalidasi dengan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Data dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis menurut Miles and Hubberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kemampuan pendidik PAUD KB Mutiara Insan Cendekia dalam menstimulasi anak melalui pijakan lingkungan main sebesar 80% penataan lingkungan main sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran dan yang 20% penataan lingkungan main belum sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan pada rencana pembelajaran, dan (2) Kemampuan pendidik PAUD KB Mutiara Insan Cendekia dalam menstimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini saat main menggunakan kontinum The Teaching Behaviour Continum with Construction/TBC berupa visually looking on/pengamatan, non direct statement/pernyataan tidak langsung, question/pertanyaan, direct statement/pernyataan langsung dan Physically Intervention/intervensi fisik maka diperoleh jumlah stimulasi pendidik sebanyak 60 perilaku dan stimulasi yang paling sering muncul yaitu question/pertanyaan sebesar 35,4%. Kata Kunci : anak usia dini, stimulasi, pijakan lingkungan main, pijakan individu saat main, teaching behaviour continuum Abctract:The purpose of this study was to: (1) assess and describe capacity of educators in stimulating early childhood development through environmental scaffolding around and (2) assess and describe capacity of educators in stimulating early childhood development through individual scaffolding while the child is playing . This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study research design. The study was carried out in the PAUD KB Mutiara Insan Cendekia Teras Boyolali district. The data collected is data on the ability of teachers to stimulate child development through playing environment and individual scaffolding when playing . Source data comes from educators as well as learning devices. Data obtained was validated by triangulation techniques and source triangulation. Data collected were analyzed using analysis techniques according to Miles and Hubberman . The results showed that (1) The ability of educators in PAUD KB Mutiara Insan Cendekia in stimulating children through the playing environment based on 80% of the playing environment structuring according to the learning objectives and 20% of the playing environment structuring is not in accordance with the learning objectives set in the learning plan, and (2) The ability of educators from PAUD KB Mutiara Insan Cendekia in stimulate child development early age while playing using continuum The Teaching Behavior continum with Construction / TBC form of visually looking on / observation, non-direct statement / statement indirectly, question / questions, direct statements / direct statements and Physically Intervention / physical intervention then obtained the number of stimulation of educators as many as 60 behaviors and the most frequent stimulation arises namely question / question by 35.4%.
