Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of profitability to the firm value with Corporate Social Responsibility as the moderating variable.the population of this research is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 – 2016. There are 20 listed companies with 60 samples which fulfilling criterion as this research sample by using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is secondary data from the anuual report and sustainability report that is downloaded from Buesa Efek Indonesia webseite.the analysis and moderated regression analysis. The result of this research shows that (1) probability affected to the firm value (2) CSR not affected to moderated variable. Price to book value (PBV), Return on Aset (ROA)
