Abstract
This class action research was conducted based on the problem of low student learning outcomes. These problems can be dealt with by applying the learning by doing learning model, with the use of these methods it is expected that student activity in learning will also increase with the use of the media used. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes by applying the learning by doing learning model to class IV B students at MI Muhammadiyah Gonilan Kartasura. This research was conducted in two cycles by collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, diaries, tests and documentation. The average results of student learning outcomes in class IV B MI Muhammadiyah Gonilan Kartasura in pre-cycle of 24% increased to 48% after the action in the first cycle, and in the second cycle increased to 86%. Thus the application of learning by doing models can improve learning outcomes in class IV B students at MI Muhammadiyah Gonilan Kartasura
