Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) The application of musical extracurricular activities at SDN 2 Banaran. 2) Value of local wisdom in karawitan extracurricular activities in SDN Banaran 2. 3) The form of stakeholder support in extracurricular activities in SDN Banaran 2. This type of research is qualitative research, with a phenomenological design. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study used an interactive model. The data validity technique uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study are: 1) The implementation of musical extracurricular activities runs smoothly because of the support of several parties. Implementation of activities carried out in the afternoon after school. 2) There are noble values in karawitan extracurricular activities namely the value of discipline and responsibility. 3) The form of support for musical extracurricular activities from the school is to provide musical trainers. While from the surrounding community, namely by lending gamelan instruments for training activities
