Abstract

This study aims to describe 1) excellent programs for children in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 3 Sragen, 2) implementation of superior programs in MIN 3 Sragen 3) the results of increasing student interest in schools with the excellent programs in MIN 3 Sragen. This type of research is a qualitative study using a case study research design. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed through the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique used is triangulation technique and source triangulation. The results showed that MIN 3 Sragen has excellent programs, namely the art of reading the Koran, routine Tahfidz activities, dhuha prayer, computers and outing classes, karate, drumband, English, and scouts. The implementation phase of the flagship program in MIN 3 Sragen by preparing teaching teachers; time and place; material; facilities and infrastructure. The results of increasing student interest in attending school include: a) the involvement of students in madrasa activities is very high; b) students' interest in excellent programs in Madrasas is very high; c) students have a happy feeling of going to school in MIN 3 Sragen.
