Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and religious commitment to customer loyalty at Bni Syariah Surakarta Bank. The sample in this study amounted to 98 employees of Bni Syariah Surakarta Bank using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique is a non probability sampling method. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: Service quality, trust and commitment religiosity have a significant influence on customer loyalty
