Abstract
The purpose of this study is: 1) To test the effect of the number of family dependens on the level of work productuvuty of Pondok Jowi Manahan Surakarta 2019 employees. 2) To test the effect of mileage on the level of work productuvuty of Pondok Jowi Manahan Surakarta 2019 employees. 3) To test the effect of the number of family dependens and mileage on the level of work productuvuty of Pondok Jowi Manahan Surakarta 2019 employees. This associative quantitative study took place in Pondok Jowi Manahan Surakarta in 2019. Taking a sample of 64 employees from a population of 105 employee, data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple regression analysis, t test and F test. Other than that done on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, relative contributions and effective contributions. The conclusion of this research is: 1) There is a positive and significant influence on the number of family dependents on the work productivity of Pondok Jowi Manahan Surakarta employees. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of mileage on the work productivity of Pondok Jowi Manahan Surakarta employees. 3) There is a positive and significant effect on the number of family dependents and distance to work productivity of Pondok Jowi Manahan Surakarta employees. And the results of data analysis obtained the value of the determinant coefficient R2 of 0,507 which indicates that the combination of the number of family dependents and mileage is 50,7% while the remaining 49,3% is influenced by other variables not examined.
