Abstract
This study aims to identify the level of work motivation, work environment and employee performance. To analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. This study population is all employees of PT. Prima Kemasindo while the sampling technique can be done with a purposive sampling technique then obtained a sample of 100 Respondents. Based on the results of the study note that motivation influences performance. Work environment influences performance. While together the motivation and work environment variables influence the performance. So the model used in this study is goodness of fit.
