Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there are programs, techniques, difficulties and solutions encountered in the introduction of maintaining and caring forreproductive health. This research method uses a qualitative type usingcase study.Datacollection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data of this study are primary and secondary data processed using analytical techniques with steps of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The validity of the data uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that: 1) The introduction of maintaining and caring for reproductive health programs in Elementary School of Muhammadiyah plus Malangjiwan were not too specific, the existing programs were daily activities such as habituation before learning, then parenting and daughter activities and health checks for students. 2) This introduction to maintaining and caring for reproductive health techniques uses lecture techniques carried out by the teacher in learning activities and princess activities. 3) Difficulties faced then are the absence of a structured program, the limited space and resource persons, the absence of media that can support the delivery of reproductive health material. 4) The solution in the implementation of the introduction of maintaining and caring for reproductive health techniques is that the teacher learns more to be able to approach the heart of the child, then provide more facilities for reproductive health programs, and hold the media used to introduce the introduction of maintaining and caring for reproductive health.
